Day 1

Day 1 : Pristina Airport > Pristina (20 min - 15 km)

Meet our local agent at Pristina Airport then depart for the city center.

Day 2

Day 2 : Pristina > Mirusha > Drin Waterfall > Rugova (3h15 - 135 km)

After breakfast, head to Mirusha Waterfalls.

Located on the main road between Pristina and Gjakova, Mirusha Waterfalls are a spectacular natural attraction. Winding through the cliffs, the Mirusha River creates a chain of 13 waterfalls that flow into the calm pools of the river, perfect for swimming.

Head to Peja, the largest city in western Kosovo located at the foot of the mountains and Rugova Gorge.

Visit the White Drin Waterfall, walk to the top where you'll reach the "Sleeping Beauty" caves for an interior tour of the galleries sculpted over centuries by the force of the water.

Visit the Patriarchal Monastery of Peja, one of the strongholds of Orthodox religion in the region. Admire its well-preserved frescoes and the calm, serene atmosphere present in this place.

Continue to Rugova Gorge and reach a guesthouse located in the mountain village of Reka e Allages where you'll meet a local couple and learn about their culture and traditions.

Day 3

Day 3 : Reka e Allagёs > Pepaj > Drelaj > Dugaivё > Kuqishtё

Breakfast in your guesthouse then 2 options.

You can hike directly from your guesthouse to Drelaj or head to the summit of Halja, one of the highest peaks in Kosovo.

During your day, walk through pine forests and arrive at an arbi around 11 AM where you'll have the opportunity to reach the magnificent Halja summit located at the border with Serbia.

Then descend to Drelaj and transfer to your guesthouse in Kuqishte.

Day 4

Day 4 : Kuqishte > Decani > Gjakova > Velika Hoca (1h30 - 65 km)

After breakfast, start a hike in the Albanian Alps for an hour and a half climb to reach two lakes.

You'll appreciate the beauty of the landscape and reach two glacial lakes "Liqeni i Kuqishtës" & "Liqeni i Drelajve" where you can swim if you're adventurous.

Descend back to your guesthouse and transfer back to Ariu to pick up your car.

Head to Visoki Decani Monastery. A 14th-century monument listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, you can admire its frescoes which represent one of the peaks of Serbian art, strongly inspired by Byzantine art, particularly by the Church of the Holy Savior in Constantinople.

Take the road to Gjakova, a charming city in Kosovo with its authentic old center and numerous craft shops. Lunch in Gjakova.

Continue your journey to the village of Velika Hoca, a Serbian enclave in the heart of Kosovo. Meet a family whose wine production dates back to the 13th century. Discover the life of this family and learn about the history of this small village with its 12 Orthodox churches.

You'll visit the family's vineyards and learn more about local wine production. Dinner with your hosts while tasting several wines and rakijas from their production.

Day 5

Day 5 : Velika Hoca > Prizren (40 min - 40 km)

After breakfast, head to the cultural and historical capital of Kosovo. Surrounded by mountain landscapes, discover the old Ottoman center of the city where the Lumbardhi River flows.

Its cobbled streets and tea rooms in the old bazaar give Prizren a unique Ottoman charm with its three religious enclosures nearby: the Sinan Pasha Mosque, the Orthodox Cathedral of Saint George, and the Catholic Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help.

Visit the League of Prizren, the first league for the defense of Albanian rights established in the late 19th century. Lunch in a traditional restaurant in Prizren.

Free time to visit Prizren Fortress for an impressive view of the city.

Day 6

Day 6 : Prizren > Oshlak hike > Gracanica (2h - 115 km)

After breakfast, head to the mountain village of Prevalla then possibility to start a hike through a superb pine forest to reach a ridge offering a panoramic view of the region.

Possibility to stop after the forest or continue to the summit of Oshlak located at 2,212 meters altitude.

Finally, reach Gračanica, a Serbian village located 10 minutes from Pristina. Drop off your luggage at the hotel and free time in a beautiful natural setting.

Day 7

Day 7 : Gracanica

After breakfast, visit the Gračanica Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

You'll head to the "Bear Sanctuary," a park where many bears that were kept in captivity in private restaurants in Kosovo and Albania were released.

Return to your hotel.
